NCCE Taskforce on Payment for Clinical Experience - Call for Volunteers

The objective of the Payment for Clinical Experience Taskforce is to develop a unified position statement and recommendations on payment for clinical experience to be approved by the NCCE membership and ACAPT Board of Directors.

 

The time commitment is 9 months beginning January 15, 2018 and ending October 15, 2018.

 

The work of the taskforce members will be to collect evidence from other healthcare professions related to payment for clinical experience; search the literature for data on this topic; develop a survey to solicit information from clinical education stakeholders, describe value-based benefits of providing student clinical experiences, and incorporate ethical standards of practice and core values into the position statement and recommendations for payment for clinical experience.

All interested clinical and academic members of ACAPT institutions please submit the following information by November 15, 2017 to acapt@apta.org
