 ersations surrounding professionalism\, readiness\, and accommodations in 
 clinical education. Together\, we'll work through real-world scenarios\, e
 xplore challenging student situations\, share regional perspectives\, and 
 continue developing practical resources and frameworks that can support bo
 th new and experienced clinical educators.Most importantly\, we want your 
 voice in the room. There is no limit to participation\, and we strongly en
 courage broad representation from every regional consortium. The strength
