Medical Education Research Certificate (MERC) workshops at ELC

When:
Bellevue

Location: Hyatt Regency Bellevue Hotel

The Medical Education Research Certificate (MERC) program, provided through the AAMC, is intended to provide the knowledge necessary to understand the purposes and processes of medical education research, to become informed consumers of the medical education research literature, and to be effective collaborators in medical education research.

At this year's Educational Leadership Conference in Bellevue, Washington, there will be two workshops (only 1 registration required) offered, both are co-sponsored by the Education Leadership Partnership (ELP).  If you're curious about the field of education research, we encourage you to visit the offerings at the conference and plan to attend.

Scholarly Writing: Publishing Medical Education Research

***Please note that both are 3-hour sessions, and by registering for one you will automatically be enrolled for the other MERC course.  Each course is limited to 25 attendees.  Speakers start in one room of 25 attendees to present the first topic, then switch rooms after lunch and present to the other 25 attendees the second topic.  Here is a visual example:
