Faculty/student collaboration: creating a culture
When:
This webinar is presented by the ACAPT Leadership Academy (ALA).

Strategy and culture are inextricably linked to the success of an organization and, more importantly, to the quality of the experience of individuals working in an organization. While strategy is explicitly expressed in an organization’s strategic plan, culture tends to be more implicit and difficult to identify and describe. Consequently, culture can be taken for granted and not nourished regularly, until a problem arises that requires action.
The active and intentional stewardship of an organizational culture will be discussed in this webinar and discrete steps leaders and members of an organization can take to recognize and enhance culture
Target audience: Faculty, academic administrators, directors of clinical education, clinical instructors.
