Instructions

Please use the form below to submit your simulation scenario to the ACAPT Simulation Scenario Library.

• When submitting your simulation, you must use the ACAPT simulation scenario template. You may simply copy and paste the description from Section I of the scenario template into the description box below.
• Once submitted, your scenario will be peer-reviewed. We will contact you if any modifications or edits are needed or suggested.
• If you have more than one author on a scenario, please list other authors, credentials, and emails in the “Description” box.
• Authors are encouraged to remove University/Facility branding/logos from documents and attachments during the review process if/when possible to aid in the blinding of the review process. However, authors will not be penalized if they do not/cannot remove branding. If accepted for publication in the Simulation Library, the final materials can include University/Facility branding.
• Submissions can be submitted from companies that promote products related to simulation, as long as all resources needed to conduct the simulation are accessible to ACAPT members free of charge. If submitting a scenario that promotes a product, product promotion must be limited in the scenario.
• If your scenario is approved for publication, you agree to allow ACAPT to post it in the ACAPT Simulation Scenario Library. To credit your work, you can cite: “Author name, name of scenario, American Council of Academic Physical Therapy (ACAPT) Simulation Scenario Library, 2023, acapt.org, provided with permission from the author.”
