Strategies for taking simulation virtual

Dec 16, 2020

SIPTEC and simulation are clearly popular with ACAPT members!  We hit a record with over 70 PT educator registrants for the new ACAPT Simulation in PT Education Consortium's (SIPTEC) first webinar about taking simulation strategies virtual.

Watch the recording to spark ideas about how to make simulation work at your institution. "With the current circumstances in this pandemic, health professions' educators need to be creative with simulation based learning," says Susan Grieve, PT, DPT, PhD from Samuel Merritt University. "We need to keep using this modality as a tool for practice-based learning. It's one way to strive for excellence in PT education."

Individual members of ACAPT member institutions can join SIPTEC for free. The consortium has already engaged over 100 members and is excited about offering future benefits.
