To Directors and Assistant Directors of Clinical Education:
You are invited to participate in a survey from the ACAPT Clinical Education Commission Workgroup, “Academic Program Approaches to Preparing Graduates for Inpatient Practice," focused on exploring how DPT programs prepare students for inpatient practice after graduation. Your input will help:
- Inform national recommendations
- Guide curricular and clinical education decisions
- Address ongoing inpatient placement capacity challenges
The survey is estimated to take 15-20 minutes to complete. If necessary, we encourage you to seek input from your Program Director, Curricular Chair, or other faculty members who may be able to provide insight into curricular questions. The survey will remain open for 3 weeks. A summary of findings will be shared during the CE Commission Annual Update meeting at ELC.
