ELEVATE: Engaging Leadership in Education through Values-Driven Action, Team-Based Problem Solving, and Excellence
When:
ELEVATE is a 12-month, cohort-based longitudinal leadership course designed for interdisciplinary faculty teams working to advance real institutional projects through applied leadership development, creative problem solving, and mentorship. Participants will engage in pre-work preparation, an immersive full day in-person workshop at the Educational Leadership Conference, and ongoing mentor-supported implementation to strengthen communication, collaboration, change leadership, curriculum stewardship, and accreditation readiness
The experience begins with pre-conference preparation, continues through an immersive, full-day workshop at the Educational Leadership Conference (ELC), and extends throughout the year with six live virtual leadership sessions, mentor check-ins, a dedicated Higher Logic community, and a final presentation showcasing participants' progress and outcomes.
