Use the following form to search our mentoring database. Keep in mind that the more fields you enter to search for a prospective mentor, the fewer will appear. To see the entire mentor list, click here. Once you find someone with whom you’d like to connect, you can "Send Contact Request" and the system will generate an email to those prospects with your profile and the request for mentorship. If the mentor feels s/he has the resources to assist you, then you should hear from them via email to start the next steps of your mentorship. If you have any questions, please email acapt@apta.org.
