ACAPT & APTA’s Student Recruitment team invite your DPT program to participate in an upcoming focus group. Both associations are hoping to learn more about the state of student recruitment efforts at the program level across physical therapy education. Your insights and experiences are invaluable as we work collaboratively to identify effective strategies for attracting and retaining a diverse and highly qualified student body.

We have five scheduled sessions with ten spots in each and the dates can be found at the RSVP link below. The session will take place virtually and will last an hour. Representation from both APTA and ACAPT will be present on the call. Topics will include current recruitment practices, challenges faced, and opportunities for innovation and collaboration. Your participation will contribute to a broader understanding of the landscape and help inform shared best practices.

We ask that the person representing your institution is heavily involved in the admissions or recruitment process. We recognize that there may not be one consistent role or title for the person who handles admission or recruitment across all of the institutions. Due to limited space in each session, we ask that only one person represents your institution.
