The American Council of Academic Physical Therapy (ACAPT) is pleased to announce a new Work Group: Academic Program Approaches to Prepare Graduates for Inpatient Clinical Practice.
This Work Group builds upon the findings of the Clinical Education Placement Capacity and Process Innovation Task Force (PCPITF) to explore how academic programs can prepare students for inpatient practice amidst limited clinical education capacity.
Who Should Apply:
We are seeking 8–10 participants, including:
- Directors of Clinical Education (DCEs)
- Program Directors or Associate Directors
- Faculty focused on inpatient curriculum
- Inpatient Clinical Instructors
- Curriculum committee members
- Recent DPT graduates (<2 years)
- Individuals with data and educational innovation expertise

- Estimated time: 35–55 hours total
