Engagement Measure survey reports are available

Oct 11, 2024

The ACAPT Center for Excellence is thrilled to present the Engagement Measure results specific to your institution and compared to national data.

We are pleased that nationally, 134 member institutions responded to the survey. Across those institutions, 675 individual faculty members and 1,124 students responded. Your faculty and student participation are pivotal in the advancement of physical therapy educational assessment.

Thank you for helping us move towards excellence.

About the Engagement Measure survey

The Engagement Measure results provide a unique perspective on program excellence. The items draw on the Engagement Theory of Program Quality (Haworth & Conrad, 1997) and align with both the study on Excellence and Innovation in Physical Therapy Education (Jensen et al, 2019) and program characteristics that are outlined in the ACAPT Excellence Framework.

The results of the survey can play an important role in ongoing program

assessment as expected by CAPTE as well as for internal quality improvement initiatives.
