Over 50 PT academic researchers recently joined ACAPT's Research-Intensive Programs in Physical Therapy (RIPPT) consortium for a meeting to discuss how PT programs are conducting research given the challenges of COVID-19.
Fortunately, several programs have figured out creative ways to hold in-person research, while minimizing the risk factors. For minors and others who cannot come in for research, some institutions have sent iPads to the parents and asked them to video their children.
Review the slides from the presenters with research tips during a pandemic. You can see the Zoom recording below:.
REMINDER: Individual members of ACAPT member institutions can join RIPPT as a FREE benefit. RIPPT is specifically designed for PT education programs that also offer a PhD degree. Learn more and join RIPPT here.
