Volunteers Needed
It is time to secure volunteers and moderators to assist with registration, introduce speakers for the educational presentation sessions, and moderate the platform sessions. These positions are simple and “guidelines” will be provided in preparation for the sessions. Responsibilities include introducing speakers, moderating questions after presentations, assisting in finding late comer seating, etc. Use the ELC 2017 Program above to find 1 or 2 sessions you would be interested in assisting during the conference. We will also need several people to assist with registration Thursday evening and Friday morning for a few hours.
Following your review of the programming, please visit the google document to sign up for the corresponding sessions you would like to volunteer for. The document is located here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1S7Ctd1nwkVbfDBdWk1M0OL4yrzXha1abH1JevVcygSc/edit?usp=sharing.
Please provide your name, email address, and an “on-site” contact phone number where you may be reached at the conference. If you have not utilized google documents before, you will need to create a Gmail address or Gmail account ID, prior to logging in (easy process).
Please complete the sign up by September 30, 2018. If a session you would like to attend is full, feel free to add your contact information under the alternate space and we will contact you if your services are needed.
