Contemporary legal issues in physical therapy clinical education webinar

When:

This webinar brings together a panel of experts to explore common legal issues within clinical education. Specifically, a case-based approach will be used to discuss:

  1. How to be confident that you can dismiss a student.
  2. Legal issues around common accommodations in clinical education.

The panel will then address participant questions related to contemporary issues in PT clinical education, such as: criminal background checks, telehealth supervision, medical/legal marijuana use, COVID (exposure and vaccine; potential resultant delayed graduation and legal ramifications).

Date & timeThursday, May 20, 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. ET

Target audience: PT educators, Academic Faculty, Clinical Educators, and Clinical Instructors.
