Now more than ever, physical therapy programs must become more efficient, thoughtful, and collaborative.
Through this hybrid format, we deliver the strategies behind building collegial cultures and effective stewardship of your curriculum to form a leadership team action plan you can implement within your department. This program will benefit both DPT and PTA programs.
Leadership Teams come in a variety of forms. An example DPT team of 3 would be a Chair/Director, a DCS, and an Assistant Chair or Faculty member.
Information Sessions

- How is this course different than other leadership programs?
- How will our Program benefit?
- What does it mean that the instructors are also mentors?
